After first contact, Robin came to measure and show carpet and vinyl samples after only a couple of days, then fitting was arranged for the next week. Fitters called to say they'd had cancellation so got our job done a day early. Very happy with the carpet on stairs/landing and vinyl in toilet. Fitters very friendly, worked fast and tidied up afterwards. Will be using Total Floors again to do rest of house. Definitely recommend 😃
